Building partnerships that create lasting opportunities for people and communities

The best work happens when we listen, learn, and collaborate with people who know their communities best. We want to build meaningful, long-term relationships with community groups, local organisations, funders, and others who share our ambition for a fitter, healthier, more inclusive community.

We're looking for partners who can help us reach underserved people, share lived experience to guide our programmes, connect us with local networks, and help us understand health inequalities. We want you to challenge our assumptions, fill gaps in our knowledge, and tell us what would genuinely make a difference.

Too many people face barriers to physical activity and wellbeing and change happens when we understand those barriers and work with those most affected to remove them. Together, we can create opportunities shaped by real experience: new programmes, more accessible climbing, better access to our spaces, or securing funding for what matters to your community.

Partnerships

What Develop through Challenge could offer:

  • Activities and facilities

This includes bouldering, rope climbing, gym, saunas and, as we develop, studio and café spaces.

  • Financial support

Where we can, we can contribute funding to partnership projects.

  • Funding and grant support

We’re keen to work with partners to identify opportunities and apply for grants together.

  • Practical support

Our team can help with administration, operations and delivery.

  • Skills and expertise

We employ qualified coaches and team members, operate strict safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures, and have experience supporting people across different levels and abilities.

  • A community to connect with

Through our established community through our current programmes, we can help share opportunities and reach new audiences.

Our Partners

You don’t need to have a fully formed project or a funding application ready. If you’re working with a community, organisation, or group and think there’s something we could do together, we’d love to hear from you. Start a conversation by completing our contact us form.
